If you have not already done so, please be sure to submit your game information through this form.

Our team posts games to the event website as replies come in through these forms.

Event Communication, Spreading the Word!

Once your game is posted to the website, we definitely encourage you to talk it up on Facebook, Twitter, your blog – you name it.  With many developers posting about the game, that helps to get more great folks from our community and press attending the event!  We’ll do our best to amplify tweets that include our @indieexchange Twitter handle too.


We’ve arranged for signage for each exhibitor with our vendor, which is an 18″x 24″ tabletop sign (foam core) with an easel attached to the back at no additional charge to you.

Please use this template for your signage.

Upload your completed signage files through this form by Wednesday, May 30.

Due to the limited space available, please do not bring large signage, including stand up or roll out banners.

Recommended information for your signs:

  • Game name
  • Company name
  • Genre, tagline
  • Platforms planned
  • Expected release timing
  • URL


Each exhibitor is responsible for bringing equipment to demo their games.

The MIX will provide 

  • Skirted table
  • Headphones (courtesy of Astro Gaming). Bring speakers if you need them.
  • 42″ monitors (courtesy of Intel).

The venue has power outlets throughout the space as well as power strips.

We also have a limited amount of Xbox One controllers.

Event Day – Wednesday, June 13

Please come to the venue — 1010 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles 90017 — at 4:30 pm the evening of the event, Wednesday, June 13.

Guests begin arriving at 7:00 pm.  Please have your games set up and ready to show by 6:45 pm.
